The Big Country Society for Human Resource Management (BCSHRM) is the Abilene, TX local chapter of the National SHRM.  We represent over 100 Abilene area members.  Our members are leaders in the HR community who represent the diversity of employers that Abilene enjoys from municipal, Federal, Industrial, and professional fields.  The Big Country SHRM is the leading voice for the human resource professional in the local area. 

We hold regular monthly meetings that include HR courses of instruction.  We are also one of the only Texas Chapters to hold special PHR Certification preparation classes.
